Lexi is Summize's General Counsel, with over a decade of experience advising businesses on data, privacy and technology. Starting in private practice before moving in-house, she delivers practical, business-minded legal advice that supports innovation while managing risk. A certified privacy and AI governance professional (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, AIGP, FIP), Lexi has deep expertise in data protection, cybersecurity and emerging technologies. As a strategic advisor across Summize's product and customer teams, she keeps the in-house legal perspective at the center, grounding innovation in real legal needs and translating complexity into usable approaches for legal teams. That balance of enabling progress and protecting legal integrity shapes product direction and helps customers confidently adopt and scale Summize.
Tom Dunlop
Founder & CEO @ Summize
Tom co-founded Summize with Chief Development Officer David Smith after experiencing first-hand the challenges legal teams face with complex contracts. A qualified lawyer, Tom began his career in sport and commercial law before moving in-house at technology companies, where he developed a strong interest in innovation and product-led problem solving. As CEO, his focus is setting Summize's vision, building the right team and ensuring our CLM platform continues to solve meaningful problems for legal teams at scale.
Harvey Trimble
Regional Vice President of Sales @ Summize
Harvey, Regional Vice President of Sales at Summize, brings deep expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and contract processes. With a track record of success with global organizations such as Vodafone, FIFA and the Dubai Government, he understands the complex challenges large businesses face in managing contracts. As one of Summize's first sales hires, Harvey played a pivotal role in the company's evolution from a contract-review tool to a fully integrated CLM platform. His combination of industry knowledge and product expertise helps prospective clients streamline their legal workflows and maximize the value of Summize's CLM solution.
