General Counsel, Kimberly Trull, leads Matillion’s legal function supporting the AI data automation platform's commercial, intellectual property management, compliance, and governance efforts internationally. Kimberly received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School and Bachelor of Science from College of Charleston and is barred in New York and Massachusetts. She now has over a decade of experience serving as legal counsel to companies with a focus on growth and technology including Veracode, Blue Prism and Fleetmatics.

Krista Whitaker

Krista oversees legal strategy and operations for the Chicago Bears, managing legal affairs, security, and risk management across football and business functions. Prior to joining the Bears, Krista served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for the Miami Heat and practiced at Proskauer Rose in New York, specializing in sports, media, and entertainment law. Recognized among the National Bar Association’s 40 Under 40, Legal 500’s GC Powerlist, and SBJ’s New Voices Under 30, Krista also teaches as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law. She earned her law degree from Stanford and her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M.
