The role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our experienced Engineering team due to our rapidly growing customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions, as well as providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers.
Key responsibilities:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, drive technical excellence, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
- Lead and participate in the design, development, and implementation of software applications and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and provide accurate estimates for project timelines.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to improve their technical skills and ensure code quality.
- Design and develop software components and systems using appropriate technologies and frameworks.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues, ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of software solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our software development practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support in solving complex technical problems.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, with a strong track record of successfully delivering software projects.
- Expertise in designing and developing scalable, high-performance software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in .Net (C#) and a Typescript based language (Angular, Vue, React)
- Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and provide innovative solutions.
- Proven experience in mentoring junior developers, providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and career growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results.
