Within our Respect Others value we recognise the importance of having a diversity of identities within Summize. We know that including these words in our company values is not enough, we must also live and demonstrate these values.  

We are committed to the ongoing work of installing and maintaining structures and processes to achieve and maintain a diverse, equitable and representative workforce within Summize.  We recognise this is an ongoing programme of work with company statements and objectives evolving as our company grows and we learn more about the needs of the people with whom we share our private and working lives.
