Meet the Team at Summize

As an accomplished commercial and technology lawyer, Tom's experience with reviewing contracts was the catalyst that led to Summize. Prior to this, he worked as a Global Legal Director for several fast-growth technology companies.

Alongside Tom, Dave founded Summize to meet the need of legal teams everywhere. Before Summize, he worked at AppSense as a Senior Software Engineer and has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry.

With 20 years’ experience, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge to the senior team from previous roles in senior positions at high growth tech businesses including AppSense and Avecto.

Richard, Chief Technology Officer at Summize, drives the company’s tech vision with a deep focus on enhancing the customer experience. With over 25 years of experience in technology and product development, including stints in tech businesses in Silicon Valley, Richard has been instrumental in shaping Summize's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution.

Laura is Summize's Chief Marketing Officer, bringing over 20 years of marketing experience from high-growth B2B technology and SaaS companies such as Avecto, AppLearn and TalkTalk Business.

Over 25 years of experience in building Marketing Technology Software Companies in Europe and the USA including Customer Data Platforms, Analytics and all aspects of client interaction.

As an Investment Director at Maven Capital, Jeremy has supported Summize with growth capital. He joined Maven in 2017, having previously worked as a corporate lawyer for Squire Patton Boggs; specialising in private equity, venture capital and acquisitions.

Mike joined Summize's board as part of the YFM investment team in October 2022. Mike joined YFM as an Investment Director in 2019 before being promoted to Partner in 2020. Before YFM he spent two years on the investment team at BGF.

Laura joined Summize's board as part of the YFM investment team in October 2022. She supports the partners in the origination of new growth capital and buyout opportunities, predominantly in the North West.

Originally the CEO and Chairman of Vistorm and AppSense, Charlie has significant experience in business growth and development. After successfully selling both companies, Charlie now sits on the boards of Summize and Intechnica.
